Brothel Number 8 and Brothel Number 6, 6A, and 6B have long decided to call it a day at Keong Saik Road. Brothel Number 8 is now a modern Japanese restaurant. Brothel Number 6, 6A, and 6B are now modern offices. This means that Keong Saik Road has finally cleaned itself out of a sleazy image.

So, Keong Saik Road is now a happy foodie paradise. Lonely Planet says it is one of the top ten places you must visit before you leave. Do you agree? Flanders Square (Kin Chio Kar) on the other hand, is just awakening from a long slumber.

From an all-time high of numerous brothel cubicles, there are now only 3, maybe 4 that are just reawakening. At the same time, someone out there thinks he can turn Flanders Square into a foodie’s food joint.

It is interesting to note that Number 22, Flanders Square is now a Japanese restaurant too. It was once the den of sexy Coco Ng who served her customers right at this very spot. It is most unfortunate that Coco Ng also died at this very spot when a man plunged a knife into her chest.

This case has never been solved. It is still an open case. Today, I am inviting you to walk with me down this newly curated itinerary. Maybe we can help the police solve this case.

Meet me at the coffee shop at the junction of Neil Road and Keong Saik Road. Bring your MRT card as we’ll be taking the train to Farrer Park station.
