Are you ready for a walk through Singapore’s most luxurious and exclusive neighbourhood? Join me on a tour of the Land of The Rich & Famous, where every bungalow is worth millions and even a small condo has a hefty price tag.

We’ll take a slow stroll along the famous Nassim Road, and use 3xx Nassim Road as our case study to explore how real estate has evolved in Singapore over such a short time.

By the end of the tour, you’ll have to decide whether you want to be super rich, self-sufficient, or just comfortably wealthy. But be warned – the rich and famous are often too famous for their own good, and tourists may come ogling at their front yard.

We’ll meet at 9am at the Orchard Rendezvous Hotel (formerly Orchard Parade Hotel, which was formerly Ming Court Hotel!) at 1, Tanglin Road, Singapore 247905. The tour will end at the Botanic Gardens (Cluny Side) at around 11:30am, just in time for a delicious lunch.
