Scandal Point: We’ll start at the intriguing site of Scandal Point, a hill that no longer exists. Demolished and used as landfill, this area is a testament to Singapore’s transformative journey. Imagine the former Satay Club and the simpler life of bygone days.
Early Singapore: As we deviate into the heart of old Singapore, we’ll explore its origins. While the official story begins on 6th February 1819 with Sir Stamford Raffles and William Farquhar, we’ll acknowledge the indigenous Orang Laut and Malays who were here long before.
Historic Landmarks: Our walk will take us past landmarks and stories that shaped Singapore, offering a glimpse into the lives of our forefathers who arrived penniless, yet full of hope.

Meeting Point: Toastbox (ground floor) at The Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay. The nearest MRT station is Esplanade, or you can come via Citylink from City Hall MRT.
